Terms of Service

PRICING IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE AS PROJECT REQUIREMENTS CHANGE.

Deposit Payment: Client agrees that it shall pay WH Web Heads a deposit in the amount of 30% of the total project estimate.  This sum shall be due immediately upon presentation of an invoice by WH Web Heads to Client. Client agrees and acknowledges that the Deposit Payment shall be made to WH Web Heads prior to any commencement of any work.  Client agrees and acknowledges that WH Web Heads will not commence any work until it is in receipt of the Deposit Payment. 

Milestone Payments: From time to time during the course of any project, WH Web Heads will forward the Client invoices on the project. These invoices will be due upon receipt (“Milestone Payments”). Milestone Payments will occur when a phase or stage of a project is complete, and/or every 30 days from project start date. Milestone Payments and Deposit Payments combined will not exceed 85% of the total project price. 

Balance Payment: A final account for the project will be provided to the Client by Web Heads upon completion of the project (“Balance Payment”). Client agrees to pay the balance on the final account upon receipt of final balance invoice.

Canadian Customers: VISA, MASTERCARD & AMEX ACCEPTED

Note to US customers: Some US banks and financial institutions may charge an additional fee for processing credit card transactions from a foreign (Canadian) company like WH Web Heads. This fee is not a WH Web Heads fee and comes directly from your bank or financial institution. WH Web Heads assumes not responsibility for this fee.

Payments via check, draft or wire transfer are available upon request

All payments to WH Web Heads Inc. by the client shall be paid on the above mentioned dates or upon receipt of an invoice by e-mail, regular post or otherwise and are subject to any and all required taxes. Interest shall accrue on overdue invoices at an interest rate of twenty-four percent (24%) per annum.

Confidentiality: Confidential information of any nature that either party acquires regarding any aspect of the other party’s business shall be treated in strict confidence. Information so obtained shall not be divulged, furnished or made accessible to third parties without the written permission of the other party.

No liability & No guarantee of outcome: It is agreed that WH Web Heads Inc. shall have no liability to the client or any other third party, under any circumstances for damages, including but not limited to data loss, lost profits, lost savings or any other consequential, exemplary, special, incidental, or punitive damages resulting from the Services rendered by WH Web Heads Inc. WH Web Heads Inc. shall not guarantee the outcome of any marketing campaign, online or otherwise with respect to which WH Web Heads Inc. has been hired, and the Client shall agree to pay our fees and other charges regardless of any outcome.
